We just had the best vegan sugar cookie at a local bakery, and I was determined to find a recipe just as good…thank to you, I found it!  Since we weren’t making cut-out cookies or frosting them, I just rolled balls, rolled the balls in turbinado sugar and flattened slightly.  Simply delicious!
