Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail- this holiday cocktail is easy to make in either a single glass or a pitcher to serve a crowd! I teased this Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail on my Instagram a few weeks ago and got SO many people asking for the recipe. It’s finally here and it’s SO GOOD! I had 3 wishes for this cocktail: 1) I wanted it to be simple so that it could easily be made at holiday parties, 2) I wanted it to be delicious (duh!), and 3) I wanted it to be PRETTY! Everyone loves a pretty holiday cocktail. Somehow, it makes the drink taste even better (if that’s possible). I’m happy to report that all THREE of my wishes were granted in this cocktail! Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail- this holiday cocktail is easy to make in either a single glass or a pitcher to serve a crowd! Not a pomegranate fan?? This would work well with quite a few different flavors. I originally wanted to make this with blood orange juice but unfortunately, blood oranges aren’t quite in season yet. But they will be just in time for the holidays, so you should give that a try! Cranberry juice is another great holiday-appropriate option.   Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail- this holiday cocktail is easy to make in either a single glass or a pitcher to serve a crowd! And I wouldn’t be a good friend if I didn’t remind you to drink responsibly! This cocktail IS very tasty, so I can see why you might want more than one of them, but be smart, okay? Eat food with your alcohol and consider swapping out a different beverage, such as sparkling water or grape juice, for the alcohol in your second cocktail. Made these for Christmas Eve dinner and they were amazing. I used a sparking wine I already had on hand and hands down -one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! They have already been requested for Christmas Eve next year!
