Looking for a SUPER quick and easy side dish that’s healthy and so delicious!? I’ve got you covered with these EASY Cranberry Brussels Sprouts that take just 10 minutes to make and pair well with just about anything.

This post was sponsored by Ocean Mist Farms but all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you so much for supporting the brands that make Food with Feeling possible!

I’ve posted quite a few Brussels sprouts recipes over the years but this one is by FAR the easiest. AND, I absolutely love it for that. It comes together in under 10 minutes (prep work and everything!) and is too good considering how simple it is.

BUT, before we dive into the recipe, I want to tell you a little bit about today’s sponsor, Ocean Mist Farms! I’m going to be working with them over the next year and I’m so excited to introduce them to you.

2 bags of ocean mist season & steam quick cook sprouts on a kitchen countertop

Ocean Mist Farms is a fourth generation family owned business that is headquartered in California (with farms also in Arizona and Mexico). Their specialty is artichokes but they also grow so much more!

For today’s recipe, I’m using their Season & Steam Quick Cook Sprouts and let me tell you: these are AMAZING! Seriously so good for how fast they are.

What I like most about these sprouts is that you can season BEFORE steaming them since the pouch can be opened and then easily re-sealed. Most steam-able veggies that I have bought in the past do not let you season ahead of time and I LOVE that I can do that with these sprouts.

I was a little skeptical of these at first but I’m SO hooked now. The first time I made them, I couldn’t even believe how good they were after cooking in the microwave for just FIVE MINUTES. Bonus: these are pre-washed, trimmed, halved and completely ready to eat after simply 5 minutes in the microwave.

I’m guilty of buying veggies with good intentions but then letting them go to waste because I’m to busy (and admittedly lazy) to clean, prep, and cook them. There’s no excuses with these Season & Steam Sprouts and I really love them for that!

To make them, I simply open the pouch and drizzle in a little olive oil + salt, pepper, and spices. I used garlic and onion powder for this recipe but really anything would work well. Then give the bag a light toss to combine and re-seal it. Microwave according to package directions.

Once done, simply toss with the chopped pecans and dried cranberries and ENJOY! While totally optional, I highly recommend drizzling the sprouts with a balsamic reduction. It adds so much flavor and really enhances the recipe!

If I have the free time, I’ll also sometimes touch the sprouts and pecans together (reserving the cranberries for now) and broil them for about 5 minutes. This crisps up the outside a little and toasted the nuts. This is totally optional but  nice if you have the time. Once out the oven, you can then toss in the cranberries and drizzle with a little balsamic glaze. So simple, SO GOOD!

That’s all I have for today! As always, if you end up making this recipe, please snap a photo and tag me on Instagram @foodwithfeeling! I always love to see what y’all are making from the blog!

And thank you again to Ocean Mist Farms for sponsoring this post!
