I’ve fallen more and more in love with artichokes over the past few years; especially when they’re paired with a really delicious dipping sauce. I always find myself scrambling last minute to figure out what dipping sauce to use. WELL, today I’m sharing 4 of my favorite and you probably already have all of the ingredients on hand to make them.

For today’s post, we’re partnering up with Ocean Mist and using their Season & Steam Artichokes which I LOVE! So far we’ve grilled artichokes, baked artichokes, and air fried artichokes.

However, NOTHING beats the ease of these Season & Steam artichokes. All you do is open the package, add in any seasonings that you’d like (I love to keep it simple with just a little lemon juice and garlic powder), and then microwave the sealed package for about 7 minutes. And you’re DONE! No need to even prep the artichokes at all. LOVE

ps- there’s a few extra dipping sauce ideas on the back of the package!

OK- now on to my four different dipping sauce recipes.

Artichoke Dipping Sauces

Here are the 4 sauces that we’re making:

  1. Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce
  2. Honey Mustard Sauce
  3. Greek Yogurt Garlic Lemon Sauce
  4. Sweet Raspberry Sauce

A simple butter sauce is classic but I lightly spiced mine up with some lemon and freshly grated garlic (garlic powder would work as well).

The honey mustard sauce is BY FAR my favorite and any leftovers can be saved for dipping later or even to be used on a salad.

AND because I wanted to try out a sweet and indulgent version, I’m sharing a raspberry dipping sauce that is surprisingly SO so good! I love how that one turned out.

The other thing that I really love about all of these sauces is that they come together by simply whisking together all of the ingredients in a small bowl.

Paired with the Season and Steam Artichokes, you have a delicious appetizer or snack in under 10 minutes! Which is part of why I really love it :)

As usual, PLEASE let me know if you make any of these dips and let me know how you like them! You can come back here and leave a comment or tag me on instagram (@foodwithfeeling).
