I have never made potato soup from scratch before until last night. This recipe is just what I wanted! Simple and delicious. I left out the bacon, cheese and sour cream so each of us could add what we wanted and how much.
Thank you for an easy peasy recipe. It’s definitely a keeper!

Oh. My. Goodness. This is THE best potato soup I’ve ever made. So easy to make. I’ll definitely be making this one again. Lots of cold days here in Minnesota. It really hit the spot today!!!

Delicious! Very easy, I used 1/2 chicken broth and 1/2 beef broth as that’s what I had on hand. Also chopped up some celery, other than that followed the recipe, topped it with ham and more cheese. So, so good!! Thanks for sharing!

I have made this several times and it is a family hit! I did sub out the sour cream for some non Fat Greek yogurt to give us a little added protein. I add homemade rolls and a salad to round off a dinner or weekend lunch!
