I made the fajita marinade recipe. (Marinated for about 5 hours) I also used your advice on how to press it with a cast iron pan ( pressed for a few hours and changed out the cloth in between) and the air fryer suggestions as well. Glad the links were right there handy. Everything was so delicious and worked just as you said it would. Thank you

I made the balsamic tofu twice, and it was perfect– great flavor and freezing worked. I’m trying another marinade tonight. What does pf stand for? Ingredients list says pf salt and pf chili powder. Thanks!

Once you have the marinated the tofu and put it in the freezer. Do you press the tofu again once it thaw? After  taking it out the freezer?

I made the teriyaki marinade with extra ginger and marinated the tofu slices for several hours. My husband cooked them in a cast iron pan on high heat on the grill, just like a steak. They were fantastic!! My husband loved them, which is a huge plus, for he remains mildly skeptical of my plant-based meal plan. I love that you cross the globe with your array of flavor combinations. Thanks so much for this valuable posting.
Another one of our tofu staples is the tofu mock tuna salad by The Spruce Eats. We make it with powdered nori sheets to give it a marine flavor. Highly recommend!

yes, I like to press out the excess moisture so there’s more room for he tofu to soak up the marinade
