Over the course of 8 years, taught different combinations of social studies, English language arts, and math to grades 5-9. Served as the school’s first IB Diploma Coordinator for 3 years, also teaching Theory of Knowledge. Sponsored extracurricular activities, including: student council, outing club, guitar club, knowledge bowl, and roleplaying games club. Organized and led field trips, including a 9-day middle school expedition to study ancient Greek culture in southern Italy.
